Training is purposeful to each individual. With Semi-Private, each workout is more tailored towards your individual needs and capabilities.
No matter where you are in your journey, whether you’re a novice or veteran, just learning how to squat or barbell clean on the regular, we’re here to help and support you to take your health and fitness to the next level. We encourage you to ask us questions about an exercise. Let us know during the workout if you need to make any modifications to complete the workout successfully.
