Whether your goal is cardiac rehab, weight loss, general fitness, or injury recovery, this is a great starting point in your health and wellness journey.

what to expect

Class participants will utilize a variety of gym equipment along with different exercises that’ll engage your musculoskeletal system. As with any form of resistance training exercises, it will put stress on your cardiovascular system, bones, and joints including but not limited to your shoulder, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles. Your heart rate (HR) will likely elevate upward to more than 50% of your max HR (max HR = 220 - your age). Participants will be guided through each exercise at a low to moderate intensity. Form is prioritized than speed and/or intensity. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
