Foundational movements are vital to achieve your health and wellness goals. Consistency is your golden key to success. Learning and performing exercises correctly and staying injury free will be a key factor in help you stay consistent. This class will have more of a focus on form than speed and/or intensity.

Is this class right for you
The Beginner & Intermediate class is designed for all ages with or without any previous experience in a gym setting, resistance training or participating in group classes. This class is also great for those who’s had experience, but have been inactive for a prolonged period of time, or for those who need may need a little more attention to form and/or may need modification on certain exercises. For those who may need more attention on form and technique, the 1-on-1 Personal Development session may be more beneficial for your future success. Whether your goal is cardiac rehab, weight loss, general fitness, or injury recovery, this is a great starting point in your health and wellness journey.
what to expect
Class participants will utilize a variety of gym equipment along with different exercises that’ll engage your musculoskeletal system. As with any form of resistance training exercises, it will put stress on your cardiovascular system, bones, and joints including but not limited to your shoulder, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles. Your heart rate (HR) will likely elevate upward to more than 50% of your max HR (max HR = 220 - your age). Participants will be guided through each exercise at a low to moderate intensity. Form is prioritized than speed and/or intensity. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Please bring a towel and water bottle. Water is important because it helps deliver oxygen to your system to help you power through your workout.
